What "managed" means

Not a login and a manual. People who do the work.

Same engine as Self-serve, but your operator drives it and you make the calls.

Build and launch

Your headless storefront, then the funnel pages your ads point at.

Test and improve

Tests on pages, offers and upsells. You approve every winner.

Maintain and QA

A QA pass every Friday. Drift gets fixed, not forwarded to you.

Report and plan

A Monday report, a ranked test roadmap and a monthly review.

Your week

A fixed rhythm. You always know what is next.

Your operator works to a cadence and is in the channel all week.

  • Monday: last week's report and the proposed next move
  • Midweek: new pages built and tests launched, after your OK
  • Friday: a QA pass on speed, checkout, mobile and tracking

What lands every Monday

A report and a roadmap. Both end with a decision for you.

No dashboard to decode: what moved, what was tested, and what to test next.

The weekly report

Numbers with their weekly change, every test's outcome, and one next move.

The test roadmap

The next tests, ranked, each with its reason. Reorder or strike any of them.

Every Friday, a QA pass on the whole store

Reviewed by a person, backed by automated checks. Fixes are handled, not forwarded.

Self-serve or Managed

Same engine. Different hands on it.

Run GemBoss yourself or hand it to an operator, and switch when you like.

Managed, answered

Who actually runs my store?

A dedicated operator: a real, named person who knows your brand and is accountable for your result. Backed by a CRO strategist and a QA team. GemBoss's AI makes that small team as productive as a big one, but humans own the outcome and you approve every change.

What happens each week?

A predictable loop: a plain-English report on Monday, experiments running Tuesday–Thursday, a full-store QA double-check on Friday, and an ongoing strategy proposal for the next high-impact move. You always know what happened and what's next.

What's in the weekly report?

The numbers that matter (conversion, AOV, revenue, speed) with week-over-week deltas; every experiment and whether it won, is running, or was killed; the QA result; and your team's recommended next move. Ready for you to approve.

What does the weekly QA double-check cover?

Page speed and Core Web Vitals, checkout and cart flow, mobile, broken links, brand consistency, analytics accuracy, SEO metadata, and inventory/price sync. A human reviews it, backed by automated monitoring, and fixes are handled, not forwarded.

Do I still control what goes live?

Always. Nothing auto-publishes. Your team proposes and builds, but every change is reviewed with you in a private Slack channel before it ships. You can approve, tweak, or decline.

What does Managed cost?

From $690 a month for 2 new angles a month, $1,290 for 4 and $2,490 for 8; the price follows how many new angles we ship for you, and the self-serve plan is included. Annual billing saves 20%. The pricing page has the full table.

Is my store locked in?

No. Your catalog, orders and customers stay in your Shopify store, and your storefront runs on the open gem framework, which you own. Analytics export to CSV whenever you like. Cancel and it all leaves with you.

Hand off the work. Keep the final say.

Book a call and we will show you what your first four weeks would look like.
