Your data. Your store. Your call.
Your catalog, orders and customers never leave Shopify. What GemBoss measures on your storefront is first-party, kept apart from every other store, and exports to CSV on every plan.
- Products, prices and stock
- Orders and customers
- Checkout and payments
- Pages built from your catalog
- Checkout handed back to Shopify
- Follows Shopify's customer privacy choice
- Visits, clicks, carts and orders
- Heatmaps and session replays
- Ad and UTM attribution
Where your analytics can go
Measured on your own store, not borrowed from someone else's.
- Funnel analytics from the first visit to the order
- Heatmaps: clicks, dead clicks, rage clicks and scroll depth
- Session replays, to watch where people give up
- UTM and ad attribution, with ROAS per campaign
- Purchases sent to Meta's Conversions API, server side, if you connect it

Illustrative data.
Keep what is useful. Take all of it with you.
Full detail for the short term, daily summaries for your history, and a clean file whenever you want one.
Every event in full detail, then it expires on its own.
Daily summaries keep trends and test results. Your plan sets how far back.
A clean CSV on every plan. Cancel, and your data leaves with you.
Heatmaps come with paid plans, and attention maps with the higher ones. See pricing.
Your store changes every week. Your numbers still add up.
Tracked by role
Events record what a thing is, not a fragile id, so redesigns keep history.
Every change stamped
Layout versions are stamped on events, so a jump ties back to its edit.
Stops when tracking breaks
If tracking looks broken, GemBoss stops suggesting changes and tells you why.
Revenue where it was earned
Each order is tied to the campaign, funnel and offer that earned it.
Data questions, answered
Who owns the analytics data?
You do. It is tied to your store, and you can export all of it to CSV at any time. Cancel and it leaves with you. Your catalog, orders and customers were never moved out of Shopify in the first place.
Can I export my data?
Yes: a clean, standard CSV of your events, any time, on every plan.
How long is my data kept?
Raw events for 90 days, in full detail, for audits and debugging. Daily summaries keep your trends and reports for as far back as your plan allows, from 3 to 36 months. See pricing for each plan.
Where is my data stored?
In a dedicated analytics store in our Southeast Asia region, isolated per store so one brand's data never mixes with another's. More on how we protect it under security.
Do you respect shopper consent?
Yes. Tracking follows Shopify's customer privacy settings. Shoppers who opt out are not tracked.
Does GemBoss sell or share my data?
Never. Your storefront data is used only to build, run and improve your own store. We do not sell it, and we do not pool it into anyone else's reports. Purchases go to Meta only if you connect the Conversions API yourself. Read the full privacy policy.
