A few stores a month becomes a monthly income.
Choose how many stores you bring each month and the plan they pick. Tiers apply on their own: Gold from 10 paying stores, Platinum from 25.

Written down before anyone joins.
The terms are versioned. A change is announced 30 days ahead and never lowers what stores you already brought earn.
- It is new to GemBoss: no install or payment in the 90 days before your click
- Shopify actually pays for it: trials, test charges and credits earn nothing
- It is not a development, test, staff or sandbox store, and not your own business
- Two people worked on it: the first to qualify wins, and a store is never split
- Bidding on the GemBoss name in paid search
- Coupon and deal sites, cookie stuffing, framing our site
- Sharing your commission with the merchant
- Promising prices or discounts the kit does not list
- Promoting without saying you are an affiliate
Breaking these cancels the commission on that store, even after it was paid.
Questions, answered.
What is the commission worked out on?
On what GemBoss actually receives for a charge: what Shopify pays out after its revenue share and fees, before tax. Upgrades earn more, downgrades less, and a yearly plan earns its whole commission after the hold.
What happens if a store gets a refund?
The refund takes back what that charge earned, at the rate it earned, even after it was paid. Future commission fills the gap first. A negative balance is never invoiced to you.
A merchant watched my video on a phone and installed on a laptop. Is it mine?
Yes, if they type your code in GemBoss within 14 days of installing, while the store has no affiliate and no paid charge yet.
Who gets the store if two affiliates sent it?
The last click before the install. An approved registration made earlier wins over a later click, and whoever came second is recorded as having helped, which counts toward their tier.
How do the tiers work?
On the first day of each month we count your active paid stores. From 10 you are Gold and earn 40% that month; from 25, Platinum at 50%. The first month of each store stays at 50%.
When and how am I paid?
Once a month: the balance available on the last day is paid by the 10th, without a request, when it is $25 or more. PayPal or Wise, to an account in your own name. GemCommerce pays the transfer fee.
Do you withhold tax?
Only where the law makes us: if you are paid as a person and pay tax in Vietnam, 10% personal income tax is withheld from a payout of 5,000,000 VND or more. Everyone else pays their own taxes.
Can I give merchants a discount?
Your merchants already get a 28-day trial instead of 14. Any other price or discount needs the GemBoss team's written approval first; one given without it is taken from the commission on that store.
What will I see about the stores I bring?
The store's myshopify address, its status and every commission line with date and amount. Never the owner's name or email, the store's sales or its customers.
My own store grows with GemBoss. Is there a program without links or commission?
Yes: GemBoss Ambassadors. Share your store's story with us and get 3 months of your plan free, the GemBoss welcome kit and a feature on gemboss.ai. You can be an affiliate and an ambassador at the same time.
I work at GemCommerce. Can I join?
Not as an affiliate. Employees sell GemBoss in the sales team, on its own terms.
